Henry County Women’s Recovery Center exists to use the Gospel of Jesus Christ to bring deliverance, hope, freedom and truth to those struggling with an alcohol or drug addiction by offering a structured recovery program based on Biblical beliefs.
Our founders have both recovered from addiction using the trauma healing and faith building processes used in our Day Classes.
Shelly Hanson, our Spiritual Director, has 13 years of experience in emotional healing through New Covenant Worship Center and 2 years of working in the jail system as a Chaplain.
Meagan Kraus has familial experience with assisting family members in securing freedom from addiction as well as pursuing her own recovery from 27 years of alcoholism.
