Women participating in Brain Rewiring will be taught by Shelly, a certified Brain Rewiring Coach. Brain Rewiring is a process that assists women in recognizing the trauma responses of fight, flight, freeze and fawn when they are best used and when they are detrimental to emotional health. The process also assists in training the brain to move from the trauma responses to the social engagement responses of peace and joy, where the body, mind and soul are healthy and at their best. We teach you the tools to get out of trauma responses and into a state of peace. Brain rewiring through neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to heal and form new healthy connections. When you can identify the trauma response then you can change your thinking which leads you to change your actions and ultimately changing your life.

Meagan Kraus is a specialized Addiction Recovery Coach. Women will connect individually with Meagan while studying the Biblical basics and truths. The one-on-one meetings will allow each woman to set her own goals and stay accountable to achieve them. In these weekly sessions you will develop a recovery plan that is customized to your needs, strengths and goals. You will identify challenges and triggers that are hindering your recovery and how to address them. Before you end treatment you will develop a post treatment plan to maintain recovery.

To facilitate full recovery, each woman is encouraged to participate in emotional healing. Emotional healing sessions is where you will learn to release forgiveness, heal from traumatic past, break generational patterns and tear down lies you are believing about yourself and exchange them for God's truth. Emotional healing through Sozo (a Greek word meaning saved, healed, and delivered) and Restoring the Foundations is a time-tested process that helps reunite or introduce the participant to a Heavenly Father and creator who loves and forgives. It was this process of emotional healing that brought recovery to Meagan Kraus (HCWRC founder) after 27 years of alcohol addiction. It was a Divine encounter with God and the personal pursuit of emotional healing through Sozo and RTF that has kept Shelly Hanson drug free for 20 years.
